Amendments to Transportation of Foreign Mail by Aircraft Act Sec. 1409. The Act of August 27, 1940, as amended (49 U. S. C. 485a), is further amended by striking the phrase “Civil Aeronautics Act of 1938” and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “Federal Aviation Act of 1958”.
