Amendment to Provision in the Federal Trade Commission Act Sec. 1411. Section 5 (a)(6) of the Act of September 26, 1914, as amended (15 U. S. C. 45), is further amended by striking the phrase “Civil Aeronautics Act of 1938” and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “Federal Aviation Act of 1958”.
