cotton export program Sec. 110. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to affect or modify the provisions of section 203 of the Agricultural Act of 1956, and any cotton owned or acquired by the Commodity Credit Corporation under any price support program may be used for the purpose of carrying out the cotton export program provided for in section 203 of the Agricultural Act of 1956.
