Section 216 (i) (2) of the Social Security Act is amended— (1) by striking out “while under a disability,” in the second sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “while under such disability,”; and (2) by striking out “one-year” in clause (ii) of subparagraph (A) and inserting in lieu thereof “eighteen-month”.
