(a) Section 511 of such Act is amended by striking out “for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1951, the sum of $12,000,000, and for each fiscal year beginning after June 30, 1951, the sum of $15,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “for each fiscal year beginning after June 30, 1958, the sum of $20,000,000”. (b) Section 512 (a) (2) of such Act is amended by striking out “for each fiscal year beginning after June 30, 1951, the Federal Security Administrator shall allot $7,500,000 as follows: He shall allot to each State $60,000, and shall allot the remainder of the $7,500,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “for each fiscal year beginning after June 30, 1958, the Secretary shall allot $10,000,000 as follows: He shall allot to each State $60,000 (even though the amount appropriated for such year is less than $20,000,000) and shall allot the remainder of the $10,000,000”. (c) Section 512 (b) of such Act is amended by striking out “the fiscal year ending June 30, 1951, the sum of $6,000,000, and for each fiscal year beginning after June 30, 1951, the sum of $7,500,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “each fiscal year beginning after June 30, 1958, the. sum of $10,000,000”.
