§ 1508. Regulations to promote good conductThe Administrator shall prescribe such rules and regulations as he deems necessary in order to promote good conduct and cooperation on the part of veterans who are receiving vocational rehabilitation. Penalties for the breach of such rules and regulations may extend to (1) forfeiture by the offender for three months of subsistence allowance otherwise payable, and (2) permanent disqualification for further vocational rehabilitation.
