Terminations
§ 2009. Terminations (a) No unemployment compensation shall be paid under this chapter for any benefit week which begins more than three years after the effective date of the discharge or release prescribed in section 2007 (a) of this title. (b) In no event shall unemployment compensation be paid under this chapter for any benefit week which begins after January 31, 1960.
