Rates of peacetime disability compensation

§ 334. Rates of peacetime disability compensationFor the purposes of section 331 of this title, the compensation payable for the disability shall lie equal to 80 per centum of the compensation payable for such disability under section 314 of this title, adjusted upward or downward to the nearest dollar, counting fifty cents and over as a whole dollar.
