§ 5209. DefinitionsThe term “facility” or “Veterans’ Administration facility” as used in this subchapter means those facilities over which the Veterans’ Administration has direct and exclusive administrative jurisdiction, including hospitals or other facilities on property owned or leased by the United States while operated by the Veterans’ Administration.
