Sec. 104. (a) In accordance with the provisions of section 407 of the Act of September 1, 1954 (68 Stat. 1119, 1125), as amended, the Secretary of the Army is authorized to construct, or acquire by lease or otherwise, family housing for occupancy as public quarters and community facilities at the following locations by utilizing foreign currencies acquired pursuant to the provisions of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 (68 Stat. 454) or through other commodity transactions of the Commodity Credit Corporation: Various locations, France, 400 units. Army Security Agency, location 12, 157 units and community facilities. (b) In accordance with the provisions of title IV of the Housing Amendments of 1955 (69 Stat. 646), as amended, the Secretary of the Army is authorized to construct family housing for occupancy as public quarters at the following locations: Inside the United States ARADCOM Tac Sites, 575 units. Fort Huachuca, Arizona, 200 units. Fort Eustis, Virginia, 223 units. Fort Dix, New Jersey, 200 units. Fort Ritchie, Maryland, 27 units. Fort Bragg, North Carolina, 367 units. Fort Bliss, Texas, 1,000 units. Fort Hood, Texas, 800 units. Fort Riley, Kansas, 867 units. Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, 800 units. Camp Irwin, California, 140 units. Fort Ord, California, 500 units.
