Military Personnel, Marine Corps For pay, allowances, individual clothing, subsistence, interest on deposits, gratuities, permanent change of station travel (including all expenses thereof for organizational movements), expenses of temporary duty travel between permanent duty stations, for members of the Marine Corps on active duty (except those undergoing reserve training), and expenses of apprehension and delivery of deserters, prisoners, and members absent without leave, including payment of rewards of not to exceed $25 in any one case, $620,600,000, and, in addition, $24,000,000, to be derived by transfer from the Marine Corps stock fund; Provided, That $32,700,000 of the funds provided in this appropriation shall be available only to meet the increased expenses necessary to maintain the Regular Marine Corps at the strength provided for in this Act.
