DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE APPROPRIATION AUTHORIZATION.

SEC. 966. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE APPROPRIATION AUTHORIZATION. (a) In General.—There is authorized to be appropriated to the Attorney General, without fiscal year limitation— (1) $65,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1990 through 1992, for purposes of investigations and prosecutions involving financial institutions to which this Act and amendments made by this Act apply; and (2) $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1990 through 1992, for purposes of civil proceedings involving financial institutions to which this Act and amendments made by this Act apply. (b) Supplantation and Reallocation Prohibited.—Sums authorized by this section— (1) are in addition to any other sums authorized to be appropriated for such purposes; (2) shall not be used to supplant sums otherwise available for such purposes; and (3) shall not be reallocated for any other purpose.
