Commodity Stabilization Service acreage allotments and marketing quotas For an additional amount for “Acreage allotments and marketing quotas”, $2,000,000, to be derived by transfer from the appropriation for “Conservation reserve program”, fiscal 1959 and the limitation under this head in the Department of Agriculture and Farm Credit Administration Appropriation Act, 1959, on the amount which shall be transferred to the appropriation account “Administrative expenses, section 392, Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938”, is increased from “$6,380.100” to “$6,861,700”.
