Extension Service cooperative extension work, payments and expenses For an additional amount for “Cooperative extension work, payments and expenses”, for “Penalty mail”, $559,682, to be derived by transfer from the appropriation for “Conservation reserve program”, fiscal year 1959: Provided, That of the amount made available under this head in the Department of Agriculture and Farm Credit Administration Appropriation Act, 1959, for “Payments to States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico”, $63,145 shall be transferred to the subappropriation for “Penalty mail”, and $154,100 shall be transferred to the subappropriation for “Federal Extension Service”.
