Sec. 10. Section 305 of such Act is amended to read as follows: “Sec. 305. All Commodity Credit Corporation stocks donated abroad under title II of this Act and section 416 of the Agricultural Act of 1949, as amended, shall be clearly identified by appropriate marking on each package or container and insofar as practical in the language of the locality where such stocks are distributed as being furnished by the people of the United States of America and where available funds accruing under title I shall be used for this purpose.”
