EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT Office of Civil and Defense Mobilization salaries and expenses For an additional amount for “Salaries and expenses”, to be allocated for expenses necessary to discharge such civil defense and defense mobilization functions performed by other Federal agencies, as may be designated by the Office of Civil and Defense Mobilization, including payments by Department of Labor to State employment security agencies for the full cost of administration of defense man-power mobilization activities, $3,250,000.
