SEC. 741. REPEAL OF LIMITATION OF OBLIGATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES. Section 7(b) of the First Deficiency Appropriation Act of 1936 (15 U.S.C. 712a(b)) is amended by striking the following: “(1) Federal Home Loan Bank Board;”; “(2) Home Owners’ Loan Corporation;”; and “(11) Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation;”.
