1958 censuses of business, manufactures, and mineral industries For an additional amount for expenses necessary for preparing for, taking, compiling, and publishing the 1958 censuses of business, manufactures, and mineral industries as authorized by law, including personal services at rates to be fixed by the Secretary of Commerce without regard to the Classification Act of 1949, as amended, and additional compensation of Federal employees temporarily detailed for field work under this appropriation, $1,125,000, to remain available until December 31, 1961.
