Sec. 402. (a) Section 401 of the Act of August 20, 1958 (72 Stat. 636, 659), is amended by striking out “$50,000,000” and inserting in place thereof “$73,545,000”. 74 Stat. 183 (b) Section 502 of the Act of August 20, 1958 (72 Stat. 636,660), is amended, by striking out in clause (4) “$50,000,000” and inserting in place thereof “$73,545,000”.
