international tariff negotiations For necessary expenses of participation by the United States in the fifth round of tariff negotiations beginning in fiscal year 1961, including not to exceed $2,000 for representation allowances as authorized by section 901(3) of the Act of August 13, 1946 (22 U.S.C. 1131) and for entertainment, $650,000: Provided, That this appropriation shall be available in accordance with authority specified in the current appropriation for “International conferences and contingencies.”
