Pan American Health Organization Building Site For necessary expenses of carrying out the provisions of the Act of March 28, 1960 (Public Law 86–395), authorizing the acquisition of land for conveyance, without consideration, to the Pan American Health Organization for use as a headquarters site, $875,000, to be transferred to the General Services Administration.
