§ 2005. Contracts for money order supplies Except when he procures them from the Government Printing Office, the Postmaster General shall obtain money order supplies in accordance with the provisions of section 5 of title 41. He shall solicit separate proposals for each item. He shall enter into contracts for a period of not more than four years containing such conditions as he may prescribe.
