Purchase of motor-truck parts

§ 2007. Purchase of motor-truck parts The Postmaster General may make agreements without advertising with motor vehicle manufacturers for the purchase of parts for non-passenger motor vehicles under such arrangement as he deems most advantageous to the Government at prices not in excess of the manufacturer’s list price less regular discounts.
