Costs for establishing postal rates

§ 2306. Costs for establishing postal rates The amounts contributed by the Post Office Department to the civil service retirement and disability fund in compliance with section 2254 (a) of title 5 are considered as costs of providing postal service for the purpose of establishing postal rates.
