Improvements in stamps and envelopes

§ 2504. Improvements in stamps and envelopes The Postmaster General may adopt such improvements in postage stamps and stamped envelopes as he deems advisable. When an improvement is adopted it shall be subject to all the provisions of law respecting postage stamps or stamped envelopes.
