SEC. 301. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. Section 902 of the Star Schools Program Assistance Act (hereafter in this title referred to as the “Act”) (20 U.S.C. 4081) is amended— (1) by striking “vocational education” and inserting “literacy skills and vocational education and to serve underserved populations including the disadvantaged, illiterate, limited-English proficient, and disabled”; (2) by striking “demonstration”; and (3) by inserting “to” before “obtain”.
