SEC. 314. REAUTHORIZATION OF SCIENCE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS. (a) National Science Scholars Program.—Subsection (b) of section 601 of the Excellence in Mathematics, Science and Engineering Act of 1990 (20 U.S.C. 5381(b)) is amended by inserting”, $4,500,000 for fiscal year 1992 and $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1993” after “1991”. (b) National Academy of Science, Space, and Technology.—Subsection (o) of section 621 of the Excellence in Mathematics, Science and Engineering Act of 1990 (20 U.S.C. 5411(o)) is amended by striking “fiscal year 1991” and inserting “each of the fiscal years 1992 and 1993”.
