boulder city municipal fund Not to exceed $150,000 of the Boulder City municipal fund shall be available without fiscal year limitation for initial construction, improvements, and additions to certain utility systems for that part of Boulder City known as Lakeview Addition, as authorized by section6(b) (2) of the Act of September 2, 1958 (72 Stat. 1731).
