continued dependency of stepchild on natural father Sec. 202. (a) Section 202(d)(3) of the Social Security Act is amended by striking out subparagraph (C), and by striking out “, or” at the end of subparagraph (B) and inserting in lieu thereof a period. (b) The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to monthly benefits under section 202 of the Social Security Act for months beginning with the month in which this Act is enacted, but only if an application for such benefits is filed in or after such month.
