technical amendment Sec. 603. (a) Section 618 of the Revenue Act of 1951 (65 Stat. 569) is amended by striking out “title I” and inserting in lieu thereof “title I (other than section 3(a)(3) thereof)”. (b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect October 1, 1960.
