effective date Sec. 535. The amendments made by this part (other than the amendments made by subsections (e) and (i) of section 531) shall apply with respect to remuneration paid after 1961 for services performed after 1961. The amendments made by subsections (e) and (f) of section 531 shall apply with respect to any week of unemployment which begins after December 31, 1960.
