Sec. 407. No part of any appropriation contained in this Act or of the funds available for expenditure by any corporation or agency included in this Act shall be used for publicity or propaganda purposes to support or defeat legislation pending before the Congress. This Act may be cited as the “Department of Agriculture and Farm Credit Administration Appropriation Act, 1960”.
