Rama Road, Nicaragua For an additional amount for necessary expenses for the survey and construction of the Rama Road, Nicaragua, in accordance with the provisions of section 5 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1952 (66 tat. 160), as supplemented by section 8 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1954 (68 Stat. 74) and the Act of September 2, 1958 (72 Stat. 1709). $1,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, that transfer of funds may be made front this appropriation to the Department of Commerce for the performance of work for which the appropriation is made.
