Current Authorizations Out of General Fund payment for public services For payment into the postal revenues for public services, in accordance with section 104 of the Postal Policy Act of 1958 (39 U.S.C. 2303), for the loss resulting from the transmission of matter in the mails free of postage or at reduced rates, and for the additional cost of transporting mail by foreign air carriers, $62,700,000.
