increase in number of scientific and professional positions in the national security agency under the act of may 29, 1959 Sec. 204. Section 4 of the Act of May 29, 1959 (73 Stat. 63; Public Law 86–36), authorizing the Secretary of Defense to establish not more than fifty scientific and professional positions in the National Security Agency, is amended by striking out “fifty civilian positions” and inserting in lieu thereof “sixty civilian positions”.
