Agricultural Research Service salaries and expenses For an additional amount for “Salaries and expenses”, for “Plant and animal disease and pest control”, $2,750,000, to remain available until June 30, 1963: Provided, That the foregoing amount shall not be available for conduct of any screwworm eradication program that does not require minimum matching by State or local sources of at least 50 per centum of the expenses of production, irradiation, and release of the screw worm flies.
