TELEVISION BROADCASTING TO CUBA ACT.Section 247 of the Television Broadcasting to Cuba Act (22 U.S.C. 1465ee) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: “(c) Availability of Funds.—Amounts appropriated to carry out the purposes of this part are authorized to be available until expended.”.
