National Security Council salaries and expenses For expenses necessary for the National Security Council, including services as authorized by section 15 of the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U.S.C. 55a), and acceptance and utilization of voluntary and uncompensated services, $550,000. This title may be cited as the “Executive Office Appropriation Act, 1963”.
