SEC. 114. EMERGENCIES IN THE DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR SERVICE.Section 124 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, fiscal years 1988 and 1989 (22 U.S.C. 2680 note) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: “Items included in each such report concerning representation, official travel, and gifts shall be submitted in unclassified form.”.
