Sec. 305. (a) Public Law 86–149, as amended, is amended in section 301 under the heading “Inside the United States” and subheading “strategic air command”, with respect to Barksdale Air Force Base, Shreveport, Louisiana, by striking out “$110,000” and inserting in place thereof “$169,000”. (b) Public Law 86–149, as amended, is amended by striking out in clause (3) of section 402 the amounts of “$299,576,800” and “$850,176,800” and inserting in place thereof “$299,635,800” and “$860,234,800”, respectively.
