SEC. 126. DEFENSE TRADE CONTROLS REGISTRATION FEES. Section 45 of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (22 U.S.C. 2717) is amended— (1) by striking out the section heading and the heading for subsection (a) and inserting in each place the following: “defense trade controls registration fees; (2) in subsection (a)— (A) by striking out “Munitions Control” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “Defense Trade Controls”; (B) by striking out “munitions control” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “defense trade controls”; and 105 STAT. 660 (C) by striking out “$500,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$700,000”.
