SEC. 171. REPORT OF COMMISSION ON SECURITY AND COOPERATION IN EUROPE. Section 5 of the Act entitled “An Act establishing a Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe”, approved June 3, 1976 (22 U.S.C. 3005), is amended— (1) by striking out “a semiannual” before “report” and inserting in lieu thereof “an annual”; and (2) by striking out “the first one to be submitted six months after the date of enactment of this Act” after “report”.
