Sec. 213. (a) Chapter 803 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting before section 8011: “§ 8010. Organization “The Department of the Air Force is separately organized under the Secretary of the Air Force. It operates under the authority, direction, and control of the Secretary of Defense.” (b) Chapter 803 of title 10, United States Code, is further amended by inserting at the beginning of the analysis: “8010. Organization.”
