Sec. 103. (a) Chapter 41 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by redesignating section 716, relating to the participation of members of the armed forces in international sports, as section “717”. (b) Chapter 41 of title 10, United States Code, is further amended by redesignating item 716 of the analysis, relating to the participation of members of the armed forces in international sports, as item “717”.
