Sec. 123. (a) Section 6148(e)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: “(2) section 331 of title 38 (b) Section 6157 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. (c) Chapter 561 of title–10, United States Code, is amended by striking out of the analysis: “6157. Motor vehicles: transportation on permanent change of station.”
