Sec. 320. Section 301(b) (13) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended, is amended— (1) by striking out paragraph (A); (2) by inserting in paragraphs (D) and (E) after the words “in the case of rice” the words “and wheat”, by inserting in said paragraphs after the words “per acre of rice” the following: “or wheat, as the case may be,”, and by inserting in said paragraph after “determined” the following: “in the case of rice, or during the five years immediately preceding the year in which such normal yield is determined in the case of wheat”; (3) by striking from paragraph (G) the following: (A) “wheat,” in each of the two places it first occurs therein; (B) “and, in the case of wheat, but not in the case of corn, cotton, or 76 Stat. 626peanuts, for trends in yields”; (C) “ten calendar years in the case of wheat, and”; and (D) “in the case of corn, cotton, or peanuts,”.
