Sec. 308. (a) Section 334(e) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended, is amended by changing the period to a comma at the end of the next to the last sentence and adding the following: “or section 307 of the Food and Agriculture Act of 1962.” (b) The special wheat program formulated under section 307 of this Act shall not be applicable to any farm receiving an additional allotment under section 334(i) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended.
