Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation payment to the neighborhood reinvestment corporation For payment to the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation for use in neighborhood reinvestment activities, as authorized by the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation Act (42 U.S.C. 8101–8107), $31,900,000: Provided, That of the new budget authority provided herein, $5,000,000 shall be for the purpose of providing local neighborhood revitalization organizations revolving homeownership lending capital, and equity capital for affordable lower-income rental and mutual housing association projects, to remain available until September 30, 1994: Provided further, That the $5,000,000 shall be available for obligation to Neighborhood Reinvestment Corpora-105 STAT. 775tion in quarterly payments of $625,000 beginning with September 1 of fiscal year 1992.
