technical amendments Sec. 314. (a) Section 101(c) of the Housing Act of 1949 is amended by inserting in clause (1) after “workable program” the words “for community improvement”. (b) Section 102(a) of such Act is amended by inserting in the second proviso after “demolition and removal” the first place it appears the following: “, together with administrative, relocation, and other related costs and payments,”. (c) Clause (4) of the second sentence of section 110(c) of such Act is amended by striking out “initial”.
