(a) Section 220(d)(3)(A)(i) of the National Housing Act is amended— (1) by striking out “$13,500” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “$15,000”; (2) by striking out “$18,000” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “$20,000”; and 75 Stat. 180 (3) by striking out “70 per centum” and inserting in lieu thereof “75 per centum”. (b) Section 220(d)(3)(A) of such Act is amended (1) by striking out “$22,500” and inserting in lieu thereof “$25,000”, and (2) by striking out “or $25,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “or $27,500”.
